Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting entries in Tally/Zoho/ERP.
  • Manage vendor payments, sales invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly accounts — P&L, basic MIS reports, and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, PF/ESI payments and filings are done on time.
  • Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and payroll entries.
  • Inventory Accounting.
  • Inventory / stock reports.
  • Outstanding payables & receivables
  • Support auditors with required documents.
