Job Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive who will not only handle sales/purchase accounting but will also take full ownership of financial compliance, monthly reports, and statutory workings. The ideal candidate should also be experienced in managing manufacturing & trading related stock journals and preferable export billing/documentation. This is a high-responsibility role focused on managerial-level accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage sales invoices, enter vendor bills, and maintain clean ledger records.
• Maintain & audit books of accounts ensuring completeness and accuracy in Tally or ERP.
• Handle all statutory compliances:
• GST filing, reconciliation & returns
• TDS, TCS deduction, payment & returns
• ITR preparation & documentation
• Conduct internal audits and assist in year-end closure with external CA/auditor.
• Prepare manufacturing stock journal entries as per BOM/production flow.
• Execute and manage export billing & documentation, including invoice, packing list, LUT, shipping bill coordination, etc.
• Maintain accounting hygiene for digital and physical records.
• Ensure timely month-end closing and process follow-ups.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in core accounting, ideally from a manufacturing, exporting company

Education: Preferable B.Com / M.Com / CA or CFA Inter

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, ITR, and Accounts Finalization
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP & Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Working knowledge of manufacturing accounting & stock journal entries
• Experience with export invoicing and export documentation
• Proactive, deadline-focused, and detail-oriented work approach
