Account Executive

Location: Karkardooma, Delhi

Role Summary

The Accounts Executive is primarily responsible for the company’s bookkeeping activities by completing data entry for financial transactions, creating reports and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy. Financial transactions involve posting information to accounting software from various documents including; sales and invoices, credit card receipts/statements, reports, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. Additionally, the Accounts Executive works closely with the Operations team by helping to facilitate the order to cash process. The ideal candidate will have a background in general accounting processes, as well as experience in the food manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Primary ownership of bookkeeping activities.
• Lead the company’s month-close accounting processes, including monthly reconciliations, prepaid income/expenses, and other accrual entries.
• Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions to ensure that all invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide support to vendors and staff for all accounts payable inquiries.
• Help coordinate with Operations team to enter incoming Purchase Orders and creating Sales Orders.
• Manage the processing and recording of all customers invoicing to ensure that all receivables are collected in a timely manner.
• Perform general account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, etc.
• Monitoring of cash books
• Ensuring All suppliers are reconciled and Release payments to suppliers
• Responsible of Preparing monthly TDS Sheet for Filling
• Deduction and timely deposit of tax into Government Treasury / Statuary Dues
• Managing the all Responsibility of Digital Payment Mode (Credit Card Machine, UPI of QR Code, Paytm, Phone Pay) Like New QR Code & New Setup of All Digital Payment Mode for New Outlet.
• Ensuring to daily purchase in Tally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
