Medusa Distribution is a top leading distributor of dispensary, smoke shop, & vape products. We are a young company that thrives off of the success of our customers and employees. We are looking for an enthusiastic, and goal/relationship-driven candidate to be a part of our Sales team.


Successful candidates must have impeccable communication skills, and must be able to interact with our customers in an effective and professional manner. We are looking for someone who is a team-player, and takes initiative.


Job Summary:

Experienced in cold calling? Thinking about getting into sales? Want to sell into a market that is BOOMING?! We are looking for a highly motivated, competitive individual who is ready to hit the phones. As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in the vape and smoke shop market, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to vape and smoke shop owners/managers to promote our online platform, product suite and encourage them to sign up/place orders through our platform.

This is a high volume cold call position. If you are shy about hitting the phones this is not the job for you.


This is a full sales cycle position where you will manage the account pre and post sale. This is a salary + uncapped commission role!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to vape and smoke shop owners/managers to introduce our online platform, our product suite and encourage them to register and place orders
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform's features, services, and competitive advantages in order to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vape and smoke shop owners/managers, fostering trust and acting as a reliable point of contact for their inquiries and concerns pre and post sale
  • Identify and qualify leads by researching and targeting vape and smoke shops within designated territories
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently converting leads into customers and driving revenue growth
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, prospecting activities, and sales progress using our CRM software
  • Special assignments, projects, or tasks may be assigned from time to time based on company or departmental needs



Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in inside sales cold calling, preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a phone-based sales environment or relatable skill set preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers is a must.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies is a plus!
  • Basic knowledge of vape and smoke shop products, trends, and industry regulations is a plus!

Salary Range:

$45,000-$65,000 - Please Note the salary range is based on earning base + commission


Job Type:

Full-time, 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday, In-office position.
