Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Develop sales strategies to attract new customers.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Generate sales reports to analyze sales trends.
Skills
- Proven experience in negotiation, business development, and B2B sales environments.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and technology sales processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing accounts and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success in technical sales or software solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across departments.
- Warm calling experience coupled with proactive outreach techniques to generate new leads. Pay: $102,534.00 - $115,876.00 per year
