Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Present products/services to clients professionally
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Finance, etc.)
- Ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and account performance updates
- Handle client queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
- Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Advertising / Marketing / Services industry
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM software, or ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team coordination and time management skills
