Job Summary:

The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts entries in Tally / ERP.
  • Prepare and record vouchers: payment, receipt, journal, and contra.
  • Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
  • Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

Billing & Payments

  • Prepare sales invoices and purchase entries.
  • Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments.
  • Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Statutory Compliance

  • Assist in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
  • Maintain GST records, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in TDS calculations and returns.
  • Support audits (internal, statutory, GST).

Payroll & Expenses

  • Assist in payroll processing.
  • Maintain salary registers and attendance data.
  • Verify expense claims and supporting documents.

Reporting & Records

  • Prepare MIS reports as required.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounts documents.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in accounts.
  • Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting standards.
  • Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
