Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounts entries in Tally / ERP.
- Prepare and record vouchers: payment, receipt, journal, and contra.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Billing & Payments
- Prepare sales invoices and purchase entries.
- Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
Statutory Compliance
- Assist in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Maintain GST records, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Assist in TDS calculations and returns.
- Support audits (internal, statutory, GST).
Payroll & Expenses
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Maintain salary registers and attendance data.
- Verify expense claims and supporting documents.
Reporting & Records
- Prepare MIS reports as required.
- Maintain proper filing of accounts documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in accounts.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting standards.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
