Accounts Executive – Construction Company
Responsibilities:
- Handle all site-related payments, including contractor bills, labour wages, and supplier invoices.
- Verify site expenses, measurement sheets, and approval documents before processing payments.
- Maintain accurate records of site expenses, petty cash, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Support the project handover process by finalizing payments, completing financial documentation, and preparing cost summaries.
- Perform reconciliations, update ledgers, and prepare basic financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and proper documentation for audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 5+ years Experience in construction accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination skills and good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
