Account Executive

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Job Description:

Hopup India is hiring a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive for our Zirakpur centre. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Payments & Receipts)
• Cash & bank reconciliation
• Invoice, bills, and voucher management
• Support in salary processing & payroll coordination
• Basic knowledge of GST & TDS entries / compliance support
• Vendor payments and follow-ups
• Maintaining MIS and proper financial records
• Coordination with CA and internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting
• 1–3 years of experience (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may apply)
• Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
• Basic understanding of GST & statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
• Good attention to detail and time management

Shift Timing:

Afternoon Shift Only: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

6 Days a week
