Role Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business within assigned commercial and multi-family verticals. This is a full-cycle hunting role focused on pipeline creation, consultative selling, and closing new monthly recurring revenue. You will engage key stakeholders, uncover technical and operational challenges, position Bresco solutions, and drive deals through a structured sales cycle.

Success in this role requires discipline, resilience, and a strong ability to create conversations through outbound prospecting.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow a targeted pipeline using strategic vertical outreach
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Conduct discovery meetings and solution presentations
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Operations to scope solutions
  • Create, customize, and present proposals for Bresco solutions
  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline and activity log
  • Renew and expand existing customer contracts when assigned
  • Hit or exceed monthly quota for new MRR

What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Build early stage pipeline of $52,500 MRR
  • Maintain 175+ weekly activities
  • Book consistent weekly discovery meetings
  • Close your first set of new opportunities

Required Experience

  • Minimum 35 years in a B2B sales role
  • Experience in MSP, SaaS, or similar technical solution selling preferred
  • Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting and create new opportunities
  • Strong communication skills across technical and nontechnical buyers
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle with accuracy and ownership
  • CRM discipline (pipeline updates, notes, hygiene)
