Job Summary

SAZGENIX IT SOLUTIONS is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and IFRS, and handle VAT-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software and a good understanding of UAE VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with UAE accounting standards and IFRS.

2. Record and manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and general ledger entries.

3. Work on accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar systems.

4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve outstanding discrepancies and queries.

5. Issue customer invoices, follow up on receivables, and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing reports.

6. Prepare, review, and file UAE VAT returns in line with FTA regulations and deadlines.

7. Ensure correct VAT treatment on sales, purchases, zero-rated, and exempt supplies.

8. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

9. Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.

10.Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external consultants as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the UAE.

3. Sound knowledge of UAE VAT laws and IFRS.

4. Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar accounting software.

5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

7. Good communication and organizational skills.
