Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through our debt relief process, from initial consultation to enrollment. You’ll connect with warm leads (no cold calling), build trust quickly, and help clients find tailored solutions that align with their financial goals. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven, supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement
  • Connect with 40–50 warm leads daily (inbound and outbound — no cold calling).
  • Build rapport quickly and earn trust through empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
Consultative Sales
  • Conduct needs-based financial consultations to understand client goals.
  • Educate clients on debt relief options and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Follow Debt Blue’s proven sales processes and best practices.
Client Enrollment
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity, accuracy, and care.
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
Compliance & Integrity
  • Uphold ethical standards and adhere to all industry regulations.
  • Complete the Certified Debt Specialist certification within 90 days (company-paid).
Coaching, Training & Growth
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development cycles.
  • Embrace a merit-based culture that rewards discipline, performance, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
  • Proven success in a commission-based or quota-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience in financial services, debt relief, or related industries.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

Performance Expectations (What Success Looks Like)
  • Consistent attendance and professionalism.
  • Relentless drive to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Average 1–2 client enrollments per day (top performers reach 3–4).
  • Maintain a minimum 40% conversion rate.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission — Top performers earn $75,000–$110,000+ OTE.
