Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing client needs and market trends
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, follow up on leads, and schedule meetings to promote our services
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat
• Prepare and manage client documentation using Microsoft Office tools, ensuring accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements
• Demonstrate strong call etiquette and communication skills to engage clients effectively and professionally

Requirements

• Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English; bilingual skills are highly desirable for broader outreach
• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments with a focus on outbound calling
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and identify opportunities for growth
• Experience handling cash transactions or processing payments is a plus
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in client services or customer care roles is preferred but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
