Account Executive

We are a small mortgage company looking to hire immediately. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Account Executive (which we call a Realtor Support Executive) to represent our company and promote our products in various settings. Your job will be to build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents.

The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with people. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving real estate agent engagement through various marketing initiatives.

Day to Day

• Engage with Realtors at events, trade shows, open houses and promotional activities to create brand awareness.
• Collect data on client/real estate agent interactions and feedback to enhance future marketing strategies.
• Conduct speaking engagements with both small and large groups of real estate agents to present the brand’s mission, values, and product offerings.
• Assist local real estate agents during open houses and other similar events.
• This role requires a go-getter attitude. Someone who is eager to be out in the field, actively prospecting and forming new partnerships with real estate agents and brokerages. Although you will be responsible for making lots of phone calls, you won't be sitting behind a desk every day; you'll be out there creating opportunities and representing our company with confidence and energy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
• Experience in event marketing or coordination is a plus.
• Ability to collect and analyze data related to customer interactions for strategic insights.
• A passion for marketing and promoting products within various communities.

*Experience in Real Estate and/or mortgage lending is not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
