Bott Radio Network is seeking enthusiastic, relationship-driven Account Executives to join our growing sales team. We have opportunities in multiple markets and are looking for individuals who enjoy building relationships, helping businesses and ministries reach their audiences, and making a positive impact in their communities.

As an Account Executive, you will develop advertising partnerships with local businesses, churches, ministries, and nonprofit organizations by providing effective radio and digital marketing solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and achieving goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing needs.
• Present customized radio and digital advertising solutions.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and advertising schedules.
• Work closely with programming, traffic, and creative teams to ensure successful campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account management.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
• Participate in community and networking events to promote Bott Radio Network.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required; outside sales, media sales, advertising, marketing, or business development experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing new business relationships.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
