Account Executive

We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and motivated Account Executive to join our growing team in Egypt. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and ready to be a driving force in the digital transformation sweeping Egypt and the wider MENA region, we want you on board.

As an Account Executive at ZenHR, you will be responsible for acquiring new business clients. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting potential clients in Egypt to pitching our product, closing deals, and ensuring seamless post-sales customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing deals.


• Discover new sales opportunities through networking and creating long-term partnerships.


• Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.


• Manage industry events and user groups to generate market interest.


• Engage with customers at every level of the sales cycle, from account planning, through deal development to the close of business.


• Remain in frequent contact with clients to better understand their needs.


• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.


• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales.


• Design detailed business plans for attaining goals and quotas.


• Present products and solutions to prospective clients.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.


• Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience as an Account Executive, B2B Sales Representative, or Relationship Manager (experience in SaaS, Corporate Tech, or HR tech sales is a massive plus).


• Local Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Egyptian business landscape and corporate culture.


• Communication Mastery: Excellent Arabic (fluent Egyptian dialect for building local rapport) and professional English language skills (both written and verbal).


• 
  Outbound Sales Skills : Demonstrated ability to proactively generate pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and targeted outreach.
  


• Traits: A resilient negotiator, a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment, and someone who genuinely loves tech.
