Account Executive

Duties

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct data entry accurately to update client records, sales activities, and follow-up schedules using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with client onboarding processes, including explaining product features and gathering necessary information.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and confidence with clients.

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities with proficiency in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with outbound calling responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and data entry accuracy.
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices, including call etiquette and active listening techniques.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,837.13 - $70,857.62 per year
