Account Executive (3 to 5 years experience)

The company is seeking an Accountant with 3 to 5 years of professional experience, capable of executing accounting processes with technical rigor, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the full accounting cycle, ensuring the integrity of financial records, and contributing to the efficiency of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly Close Process – Execute the monthly closing process in accordance with internal policies and applicable accounting principles.
• Account Reconciliations – Prepare and analyze general ledger, bank, and subsidiary account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Physical Inventory – Coordinate and participate in physical inventory counts; validate variances and prepare corresponding adjustments.
• Accounts Payable – Manage the accounts payable cycle, including invoice validation, scheduling of selected payments, and maintenance of supporting documentation.
• Payroll – Process payroll-related journal entries and payroll transactions through ADP.
• Financial Reporting – Prepare periodic financial reports and support variance analysis and key financial metrics.
• Audits – Collaborate with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and supporting evidence.
• Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to optimize accounting procedures and strengthen internal controls.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
