Account Executive (B2B Sales)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Work Mode: Full Time, Onsite

Working Hours: 4:00 PM onwards (Eastern Time Zone) | Monday to Friday

Job Overview

We are hiring a senior-level, revenue-focused Business Development Manager / Account Executive with proven leadership experience and a strong command of outbound sales channels. This role is for a sales professional who can generate demand, lead teams, close high-value deals, and scale predictable revenue through LinkedIn lead generation and email marketing.

You will own the complete B2B sales lifecycle while managing and mentoring sales resources to drive consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to expand business across international markets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor sales and lead-generation teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Design, execute, and optimize LinkedIn lead generation campaigns using automation and manual outreach.
  • Plan and run high-performing email marketing campaigns focused on outbound lead generation and conversions.
  • Engage in warm calling, follow-ups, and discovery calls to convert qualified leads into paying clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present customized technology solutions aligned with client business goals.
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations to close revenue-generating deals.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and branding teams to improve outreach messaging and lead quality.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, pipelines, and conversion metrics using CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services-based firms.
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation, outbound email marketing, and sales automation tools.
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership experience with the ability to drive accountability and results.
  • Strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions and value-based selling approaches.
  • Highly self-driven, performance-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
