Account Executive – Client Services & Business Development

We are seeking a highly professional and results-oriented Account Executive to join our marketing agency. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage client relationships while contributing to business growth through strategic prospecting and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns while identifying opportunities to expand the agency’s client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationship management and long-term retention
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients through networking, outreach, and lead generation
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients
  • Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently work towards achieving revenue targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide strategic input and value to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
