Account Executive & Community Relations Manager

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses

NuLook Home Care Agency is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Executive & Community Relations Manager to help expand our referral network and community presence throughout the Triangle and surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, business development, home care, behavioral health, case management, or professional networking who enjoys building relationships and creating growth opportunities.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and build strong partnerships with referral sources and community organizations.

Position Overview

The Account Executive & Community Relations Manager serves as the agency's primary outreach representative. This individual will focus on building referral relationships, generating new business opportunities, increasing client admissions, and promoting NuLook Home Care Agency throughout the communities we serve.

This is a flexible, part-time position with significant growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Business Development

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships.
  • Meet with hospitals, physician offices, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, behavioral health providers, assisted living communities, and community organizations.
  • Conduct outreach visits and presentations.
  • Generate qualified referrals for agency services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand agency visibility and partnerships.

Community Relations

  • Represent NuLook Home Care Agency professionally within the community.
  • Attend networking events, health fairs, and community meetings.
  • Build relationships with community leaders and organizations.
  • Participate in outreach and awareness campaigns.

Account Management

  • Maintain regular communication with referral partners.
  • Provide updates regarding agency services and admissions.
  • Resolve concerns and strengthen professional relationships.
  • Track referral activity and relationship development efforts.

Strategic Growth

  • Assist leadership with identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Support marketing and community engagement initiatives.
  • Provide feedback regarding market trends and competitor activity.
  • Help develop creative strategies to increase referrals and admissions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional relationship-building, sales, outreach, marketing, or business development experience.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.

Education

Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
