Job Description: Account Executive - Customer Relation
Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Santacruz (E), Mumbai
Experience: 5–6 years in account management, preferably in offline marketing, branding, or retail execution
CTC: ₹40k to ₹45k CTC per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our client servicing and project management functions. In this role, you will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Account Manager in day-to-day communication with clients for updates, approvals, and clarifications.
· Track project progress across all stages including recce, design, production, dispatch, and installation.
· Maintain client trackers, internal dashboards, and documentation on Google Drive/Sheets.
· Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
· Prepare and share store-wise installation reports, POE documentation, and post-activity reports.
· Follow up with vendors, partners, and on-ground teams for real-time updates and issue resolution.
· Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and execution teams.
· Support invoice preparation, POE collation, and submission of final reports to clients.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing or Commerce preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
· Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn.
· Experience in offline marketing, branding, retail execution, or events is an added advantage.
