Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to manage and nurture client relationships while ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service quality, and high client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent performance.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, target audience, and marketing priorities to guide strategy and execution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, review meetings, and performance updates with clients.

Project & Deliverables Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Content, Social Media, Design, Development, etc.) to ensure all deliverables are produced on time and to quality standards.
  • Track progress of ongoing tasks, campaigns, and projects; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure client expectations are aligned with project scope, timelines, and capabilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from briefing to delivery.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor project performance, KPIs, and campaign outcomes in alignment with client goals.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and value in all reporting and client presentations.

Strategy & Consultation Support

  • Collaborate with strategy teams to support the development of digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and enhance ROI.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling of agency services where relevant.

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized documentation of client communication, briefs, approvals, and project milestones.
  • Assist in contract renewals, onboarding, and client account setup.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and client guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or client management role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing, web development, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using project management and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in an agency environment.
  • Understanding of KPIs and digital marketing metrics.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Experience with CRM or account management platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
