Account Executive - Distribution Firm

Role: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts).
• Handle accounts receivable & payable, dealer outstanding tracking, and vendor payments.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and statutory compliance data.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and stock records.
• Support billing team and coordinate with distribution staff.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, monthly P&L, and cash flow statements.

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com with 2–4 years of accounting experience (distribution/trading industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS & compliance requirements.
• Good communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
