Account Executive - Enterprise Consulting & Client Acquisition

The Role: This is not a traditional, entry-level sales role. We are seeking highly driven, consultative sales professionals who are capable of managing the entire client lifecycle—from initial high-ticket acquisition to long-term account management. As an Account Executive at Starr Enterprise, you will operate with high autonomy. You will acquire new business and seamlessly transition into the client's trusted operational advisor. This 1099 structure is designed for entrepreneurial operators who want to build a highly lucrative, recurring book of business without being micromanaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Targeted Acquisition: Proactively prospect, engage, and close small business and startup clients on Starr Enterprise's core solutions (Start-Up Formation, Financial Infrastructure, and Custom Marketing).
  • Complex Deal Execution: Navigate high-value deals and guide clients through a consultative purchasing process.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Maintain meticulous, organized account records and consistently update our proprietary CRM systems to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your book of business, reviewing account performance, identifying upsell opportunities, and resolving client concerns to ensure long-term retention.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work seamlessly with our internal development and operations teams to ensure campaigns and services are delivered successfully and clients are smoothly transitioned into active accounts.

What We Offer (The Compensation Structure):

  • Aggressive Upfront Commissions: Earn a flat 50% commission on the sale of all one-time products and services (Startup, Financial Add-on, Financial Stand-alone).
  • Recurring Revenue: Earn 50% commission on the recurring monthly retainers for Marketing Solutions, allowing you to build a stable, compounding monthly stipend.
  • Performance-Based Scaling: Initial targets require securing 2 new clients per month. Top-performing AEs who successfully manage and grow their client base to 10+ accounts will significantly increase their monthly recurring stipend.
  • Absolute Autonomy: As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you control your schedule, your pipeline, and your income potential within the Starr Enterprise framework.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, high-ticket direct sales, or enterprise account management.
  • The Closer's Mindset: You have a documented history of reaching performance goals, handling customer objections, and moving contracts toward closing.
  • Technical Fluency: You are highly proficient with CRM systems, pipeline performance tracking, and virtual sales platforms.
  • Communication: You possess elite presentation and negotiation skills, capable of articulating complex value propositions to business owners and founders.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract (1099) Experience Required: B2B Sales / Direct Sales (3 years minimum)

Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
