Job Description – Accounts Executive

Post: Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Office Location: Nehru Nagar, Perungudi, Chennai – 600096

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Gender: Open for both

Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
• Good understanding of GST, TDS & PT
• Basic accounting & reconciliation skills
• Good communication & coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain billing system and generate invoices in Tally
• Handle accounts receivable & payable
• Prepare and finalize MIS reports, debtors & creditors statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage fund flow
• Prepare taxation reports and assist in finalization of accounts
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents & shipping lines
