We are seeking an Account Executive – Inside Sales to engage with homeowners who have expressed interest in learning more about their property options. This is a remote, phone-based role suited for individuals with a strong sales background who are confident managing high-volume conversations and driving outcomes within a structured process.
You’ll work within a team environment using established systems, with consistent opportunities to apply your communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with homeowners via inbound and outbound calls
- Guide conversations to understand property details and homeowner needs
- Present appropriate service options clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and timely records in internal systems
- Manage follow-ups and ongoing communication
- Collaborate with internal teams on active inquiries
- Follow structured workflows and communication guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required (inside sales, phone sales, or similar roles)
- Strong ability to build rapport and guide conversations
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone interactions
- Results-oriented with a consistent work approach
- Organized and detail-focused
- Experience working with scripts or structured sales processes is a plus
