Account Executive – Medical Transportation Sales

Position Summary:

Provider 1 Health is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive to expand our Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transportation partnerships. This part-time 1099 role is focused on securing ambulance transportation contracts with healthcare facilities such as dialysis centers, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and related providers.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales professional seeking flexible income with strong upside potential. High performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time W2 leadership or growth role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and secure new transportation service contracts within assigned territory.
• Build relationships with administrators, case managers, discharge planners, transportation coordinators, and decision-makers at healthcare facilities.
• Present Provider 1 Health’s ambulance transportation services, response capabilities, reliability, and patient-focused solutions.
• Develop proposals tailored to facility transportation needs and patient volumes.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing in coordination with leadership.
• Maintain relationships with current accounts to increase utilization and retention.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and billing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Track pipeline activity, outreach efforts, and contract opportunities.
• Represent Provider 1 Health in the local healthcare community through networking and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Preferred background in healthcare, EMS, medical transportation, post-acute care, or facility services.
• Existing relationships with dialysis, SNF, rehab, long-term care, or hospital contacts is highly preferred.
• Self-starter with strong communication and closing skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Goal-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Compensation:

• 1099 Independent Contractor role
