The Ideal candidate will be required to visit doctors offices, hospitals and nursing homes everyday to build relationships and get referrals for IV antibiotics, Specialty IV infusions from various specialties, the candidate will be required to travel in and around Cincinnati, Dayton and rural areas going to areas were there is an opportunity. Prior experience with Home infusion would be ideal, a nursing degree would also be preferred, but medical sales is a must.
Summary
Account Executive with a minimum of two years’ home infusion sales experience will drive growth by building and maintaining strong partnerships with healthcare providers and patients. You will leverage outside sales, medical/pharmaceutical product knowledge, and compelling communication to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals. Reporting to the Sales Leader, you’ll manage key accounts, deliver product demos, and provide exceptional customer service while coordinating cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams. Strong organizational, negotiation, and B2B skills will support consistent achievement of sales targets in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
