Account Executive (New Business) - Turkey

Hello!


We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Executive (New Business) - Turkey to join our sales team and drive new customer acquisition in Türkiye.


This role is full-cycle B2B sales - from the first cold touch to signing the contract. You will work with large companies and international brands, showing the value of our LegalTech / SaaS solution and helping decision-makers solve strategic challenges around brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, and compliance .

We are trusted by 400+ international brands across industries like fashion, electronics, automotive, and FMCG — including New Balance, Dyson, L’Oréal, Ray-Ban, LG, Vans, and others. Our operations span Europe, Asia, MENA, and Latin America, and we are now growing our commercial presence in Türkiye .


What you will do:


  • Own the full new-business cycle in Turkey, from outreach to close;
  • Build relationships with decision-makers: C-level, Heads of Legal / Compliance / Brand Protection;
  • Run product presentations and show how our solution solves real business pain;
  • Work on deals together with internal teams in clearly defined roles;
  • Keep a clean, accurate pipeline in CRM (stages, next steps, forecasts);
  • Analyze results, find growth points, and test new sales approaches;
  • Represent BrandMonitor at business events and industry meetings.


What we expect from you:


  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS is a strong plus);
  • Proven ability to reach and influence senior stakeholders and close deals;
  • Strong CRM discipline and structured pipeline management;
  • Solid understanding of the full sales cycle;
  • Strong meeting preparation habits: account research, hypotheses, scenarios;
  • Turkish and English (working level);
  • Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a global team.
