Account Executive - Outside Sales - Toxicology

Job Title: Account Executive – Toxicology Sales
Location: Multiple Open Geographies Across the United States (Remote / Territory-Based)
Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000 base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped monthly commission

About the Role

We are seeking driven, results-oriented Account Executives to join our growing Toxicology Sales team. This role is responsible for developing new business and managing relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical organizations within assigned territories throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate has medical sales experience, strong prospecting skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. Experience in toxicology, laboratory diagnostics, or healthcare services is highly preferred.

This is a high-impact opportunity with significant earning potential through an uncapped monthly commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Promote and sell toxicology testing services to physicians, pain management clinics, behavioral health providers, addiction treatment centers, and other healthcare organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clinical staff
  • Educate providers on toxicology testing solutions, compliance considerations, and clinical value
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution and onboarding
  • Maintain consistent territory activity including in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, client services, and leadership to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track sales activity and pipeline within CRM and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive offerings

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of medical, diagnostic, or healthcare sales experience required
  • Toxicology or laboratory sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to develop new business and manage long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and territory management abilities
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)
