Account Executive, Property Services

IMMEDIATE - FULL TIME, YEAR-ROUND WORK

Job Duties:

• Market, contact, and conduct informative presentations to property owners and managers/decision-makers of rental properties and multifamily buildings. The goal is to obtain a signed Property Owner Authorization Form (POA), a Property Management Agreement (PMA), and any additional supporting documentation required to confirm ownership for participation in the programs offered by Quality Conservation Services (QCS).
• Record contact information and other pertinent data pertaining to all eligible customers
• Conduct phone/internet research for increasing customer contacts and for providing leads
• Prepare required field marketing material for canvassing and cold/warm calls
• Research marketable territories and plan systematic, thorough contact efforts for eligible customers and schedule appointments
• Act as liaison between QCS and client and oversee all aspects of the process with your clients
• Work with office staff to ensure installations go smoothly and customers are satisfied
• Update supervisors and department heads on changes affecting your clients
• Complete and process field activities and status reports
• Generate signed POAs equaling a minimum of 100 apartments installed per week
• Any other responsibilities as warranted or assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excel at field outreach, door-to-door, and business-to-business canvassing
• Able to make boardroom presentations to high-level executives
• Must have great customer service skills
• Produce accurate and legible paperwork
• Must have reliable transportation
• Clean driving background
• Pass drug screen

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months’ sales experience in a similar field or equivalent working with building owners and managers on large properties

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

This position includes both phone and face-to-face interaction with Property Owners and Management Companies. Driving, walking, sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time will be required. Work in an unstructured environment both inside and outside of an office atmosphere.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
