Account Executive (Sales)

About Staff Boom

Staff Boom is an insurance operations partner that helps insurance organizations scale their teams while maintaining full control of their processes and service standards.

We work with brokers, agencies, MGAs, wholesalers, and carriers to build dedicated offshore teams that integrate directly into their existing operations. By extending internal teams with professionals based in the Philippines and Peru, clients are able to increase operational capacity, manage growing workloads, and support business growth without disrupting the way they already operate.

Headquartered in Anaheim, California, Staff Boom supports a wide range of insurance functions including policy servicing, back-office operations, customer support, lead generation, and accounting and finance.
