Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive / Account Manager
. This individual will be responsible for developing and expanding client relationships across
SMB, Enterprise, and Government sectors
in Abu Dhabi, driving revenue growth, and positioning leading IT solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales across
SMB, Enterprise, and Government accounts
in the Abu Dhabi market.

Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting and solutioning to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Promote a portfolio of IT solutions including
Servers, Storage, Networking, Data Centers, IT Security, and Managed Services
.

Represent world-class technology partners such as
Huawei, Dell EMC, Cisco, Microsoft
, and other leading vendors.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers.

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions that address client needs.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the client’s growth strategy in the region.
Candidate Profile

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience:
3–8 years of proven experience in
IT Solutions Sales
within Abu Dhabi.

Strong exposure to
SMB, Enterprise, and Government sectors
with an existing client network preferred.

In-depth understanding of IT technologies including
servers, storage, networking, data centers, and IT security
.

Previous experience selling to
government clients
is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven professional with the ability to generate new business independently.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (negotiable)
