Location: DHA Phase 8, Ex Park View, Lahore (Onsite)

Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (PKT)

Role Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Account Executive – US Staffing to close staffing and recruitment contracts with US-based clients. In this role, you will work closely with SDRs and recruitment teams to convert qualified leads into long-term staffing partnerships and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day
• Send at least 70 outbound emails per day
• Achieve a monthly revenue target of $7,000
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Close US staffing and recruitment service contracts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (calls, emails, deals, follow-ups)
• Collaborate with SDRs on lead follow-ups and pipeline management
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Attend regular sales strategy, review, and performance meetings

Requirements

• Proven experience selling US staffing / recruitment services
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, compliance, and onboarding processes
• Hands-on experience closing staffing contracts with US-based clients
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment

Qualification

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
