Position Overview
The Bridge Placement Network is a technology company serving the senior living industry. We are seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to drive business development, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth within an expanding market.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is confident working independently, managing a full sales pipeline, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders. As a contract position with uncapped earning potential, this opportunity offers significant upside for individuals who perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the senior living industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and decision-makers at senior living communities and related organizations
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and close
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship management
  • Represent The Bridge Placement Network professionally in all communications and business interactions
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and client needs to support effective sales conversations
  • Monitor pipeline activity, track results, and apply performance insights to improve outcomes over time

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
  • Healthcare or senior living industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
