Account Executive (SMB) – AI Solutions (ZR-664)

We are hiring an Account Executive (SMB) – AI Solutions to drive new business by selling AI-powered products to small and mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on consultative selling, helping SMBs adopt AI to improve operations, customer support, and lead management.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build a pipeline through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct discovery and identify client needs and AI use cases
  • Deliver product demos and explain AI solutions in simple business terms
  • Manage full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting
  • Collaborate with technical teams for smooth handoffs
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS/AI/tech preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling and outbound prospecting skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical clients
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or chatbot solutions
  • Exposure to SMB clients across industries (healthcare, real estate, etc.)
  • Experience with demo-led or product-led sales

Other Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Onsite
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PKT)
  • Office Location: Shaheed-e-Millat Road, off Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
