We are hiring an Account Executive (SMB) – AI Solutions to drive new business by selling AI-powered products to small and mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on consultative selling, helping SMBs adopt AI to improve operations, customer support, and lead management.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and build a pipeline through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct discovery and identify client needs and AI use cases
- Deliver product demos and explain AI solutions in simple business terms
- Manage full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure
- Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting
- Collaborate with technical teams for smooth handoffs
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS/AI/tech preferred)
- Strong consultative selling and outbound prospecting skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical clients
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience with CRM and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI, automation, or chatbot solutions
- Exposure to SMB clients across industries (healthcare, real estate, etc.)
- Experience with demo-led or product-led sales

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
