Quill Communications is looking for a proactive and driven Account Executive – Social Media with agency experience to join our growing digital team. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day social media accounts for assigned clients.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Coordinate with content, creative, production, and paid media teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Prepare social media calendars, briefs, and timelines.

Ensure client feedback is clearly communicated and implemented.

Monitor account performance and support reporting and insights.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Support pitch work, proposals, and new business initiatives when required.
Requirements
-
Previous agency experience is mandatory.

1–3 years of experience in social media account management or a similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
