· Prepare, review, and issue timely customer invoices.

· Verify service details, rates, taxes, and supporting documents before billing.

· Maintain updated billing records and customer ledgers.

· Monitor accounts receivable, maintain ageing reports, and follow up for payments.

· Record all receipts (cash, cheques, online transfers) and reconcile customer accounts.

· Manage daily bank transactions, postings, and monthly bank reconciliations.

· Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, bank statements, and financial documents.

· Assist in month-end closing, reporting, and audits when required.

· Overveiw Stock Issuance , consumption & Monthly Reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com/BBA).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in billing & bank handling management.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
