Role Overview
We are seeking 3 driven Account Executives (high-ticket closers) to join our core sales team. This is not a typical sales role. It’s for those who thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and want to be at the ground level of a company on track to scale aggressively.

As an AE, you’ll receive a consistent flow of 10 qualified appointments daily with an average 60% show-up rate. You’ll be expected to bring energy, discipline, and hunger every day to maximize close rates and help us dominate the market.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $3,000/month
• Commission:
• 10% on cash collected
• 15% once you cross $75K in monthly revenue
• 20% once you cross $150K in monthly revenue
• OTE: Our current closers (which are the owners) are consistently closing 18-20%+ of appointments, leading to six-figure earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success as a high-ticket closer / account executive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within or building high-performing sales teams.
• Relentless drive, discipline, and willingness to work 10–12 hour days to push results.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
• Strong consultative sales skills, with a track record of driving consistent revenue.
