Account Head : - Indore, Madhya Pradesh

₹30,000 - ₹35,000 in a month

Roles and Responsibilities required:-

● Proficiency with Tally Software.

● Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions

● Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner

● Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month

● Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST and Monthly GST reconciliation

● Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis.

● Manage all accounting transactions

● Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

● Managing TDS filing.

● Create E-invoice.

● Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

● Ensure timely bank payments

● Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

● Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

● Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

● Audit financial transactions and documents

● Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

● Comply with financial policies and regulations

Education:

● Bachelor in B.Com (Preferred)

Experience:

· Accounting: minimum 5-7 years (Preferred)

· Must be good in accounting concept

· Tally: 5 year (Preferred)

· Expertise in Excel for reporting.

· Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
