Account Liaison

Job Summary:

Capitol Imaging Services, a rapidly growing regional imaging company, has an immediate opening for a full-time Account Liaison in the Baton Rouge area. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to communicate daily findings to his or her manager. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, mature, has a good work ethic, maintains a professional attitude and is a team player. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required

Essential Duties:

1. This position will require training in administration, marketing programs, collateral materials, medical imaging specific equipment, services assigned, and field sales reporting.

2. Assist the Diagnostic Imaging Specialist (salesperson) in the geographic market with targeted assignments to support local marketing efforts, customer service requests, and field sales initiatives.

3. Carry out daily face-to-face visits with referring provider offices, key healthcare referral sources, such as hospital staff, as well as potential attorneys in the market to help cultivate a new or existing relationships based upon the assignment (s).

4. Administrative support with face-to-face follow-up visits as well as phone calls for inaccurate orders, non-compliant patients, delivery of reports and images, referral packets, thank you letters and emails, and PACS support in medical and legal offices.

5. Help identify, introduce and follow-up on potential referral sources through networking opportunities in the community.

6. Learn to utilize strategic and conceptual selling skills with the support of his or her direct supervisor, Regional Sales Director, or Chief Growth Officer to maximize relationships from individual referral sources.

7. Learn to use the CRM program to record field activity, marketing initiatives, and communications with medical and legal personnel in assigned offices. In addition, work with management team to help analyze local market demographics in support of the development of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.

8. Report findings directly to the supervisor on customer complaints, issues, and/or suggestions in a timely manner.

9. Complete all other required administrative work efficiently and in a timely manner (expense reports, annual training, competencies, etc.).
