We are looking for a Lead Motion Graphic Designer to lead our creative motion design team.The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and animation, along with leadership experience in managing a team of video editors. This role requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of storytelling, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned video content.
- Lead & Mentor: Manage, guide, and provide creative direction to the motion graphics
and video team, ensuring smooth execution of projects. - Creative Strategy: Develop and oversee motion design strategies to enhance brand storytelling through videos, animations, and interactive media.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire motion graphics workflow—from ideation to final execution—ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Motion Design & Editing: Design and create compelling motion graphics for corporate videos, testimonial videos, marketing demos, infographics, social media content, and more.
- Innovation & Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in video production.
- Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards in terms of design, storytelling, and brand consistency
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to align motion graphics with broader branding and marketing objectives.
- Resource Management: Allocate tasks, optimize workflows, and manage team workload effectively.
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
- At least 2+ years of experience leading a video design team, with a proven track record of managing projects and mentoring designers.
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
- Deep understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, production,and post-production.
- Experience with audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Audacity) and recording/cleaning audio.
- Ability to shoot video with DSLR/Pro XD cameras, including lighting and staging knowledge.
- Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to present and communicate design concepts effectively
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Experience in advertising agencies, in-house creative teams, or production houses
- Knowledge of AR/VR video production is a plus.
- Familiarity with interactive media and UI animations is a bonus.
