Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with experience in the staffing industry to manage and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of staffing solutions, client servicing, and talent acquisition. This role involves building long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring successful delivery, and identifying opportunities to expand business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights to clients
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific and industry regulations
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the staffing or recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, and placement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry-specific hiring needs (e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering, etc.)
  • Experience in contract staffing, permanent placements, and/or MSP environments
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
