Key Competencies/Qualifications:

A bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or other related fields,
-
At least 5 years of sales management experience in cloud sales,
-
Knowledge and experience in cloud solutions and digital operations processes,
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Planner, and Loop.

Proficiency in using AI tools for sales execution, including hunting, proposal creation, and ROI analysis.
-
Familiar with end-to-end sales, project management, and customer relationship management processes,
-
Team-oriented, strong communication skills, able to add value to the organization with their abilities,
-
Advanced English language skills,
-
Able to adapt to a busy work schedule, when necessary,
-
Analytical thinker, result-oriented, open to innovations, strong communication skills,
-
Active driver, no travel restrictions, able to travel and stay overnight between cities.
Technical Competencies/Qualifications:
-
Take an active role in creating a new customer network and expanding the existing customer portfolio.
-
Establish strong communication networks with potential and existing customers, interact, and analyze customer expectations to present to the respective department/unit manager.

Analyze industry trends and regularly monitor developments, preparing reports on sectoral developments to present to the respective department/unit manager.

Contribute to the development of solutions to increase customer satisfaction and follow up on customer requests.

Work in coordination with relevant departments within the company and ensure information sharing.

Record and create reports while using daily data entries into the CRM system.
-
To take on tasks in line with the set sales targets, both periodic and annual.

Conduct regular follow-up meetings with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.

Regularly share action plans and prepare reports for the respective department/unit manager.
