As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on client success, clear communication, and driving performance through collaboration and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their goals are met and expectations exceeded.
• Manage SEO campaigns from kickoff to ongoing optimization with the support of our in-house SEO, content, and development teams.
• Develop strong relationships with clients built on transparency, results, and trust.
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and prepare monthly reports with insights and next-step strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention and growth.
• Stay current with SEO and digital marketing trends to continually bring new ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in account management, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in simple terms.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• A proactive mindset — you anticipate client needs before they do.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms is a plus.
