The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing the strategic direction, execution, and performance of marketing and digital campaigns. The role requires strong relationship management, leadership, and project management skills to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns.
  • Translate client objectives into clear briefs for internal teams and ensure deliverables align with client goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign results, generate insights, and present performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members (Account Executives) to ensure excellence in client servicing.
  • Ensure the agency’s creative output meets both client expectations and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with a client-centric mindset and leadership capability.
