Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in various Industrial Formulators Markets (textile, construction, emulsion polymerization, plastics, fertilizers, crop protection and rubber etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English
Mobility for business travels within Turkey
Skilled in business development and teamwork, with a strong analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Effectively communicate and collaborate with various team members and departments
JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development: Look for new segments and applications for different industries, develop business with new customers
Grow business in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services, developing new applications
Develop, implement and monitor agreed sales & growth strategies, pricing within defined bands, customer attractiveness, monthly reporting of sales and market conditions.
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients
Ensure that the agreed target KPI`s (volumes, cCM1, DSO) will be achieved.
Identifying and improving the Distribution Chanel Portfolio, if needed
Provide input for sales strategies
Follow up on customers’ overdues with Customer Credit Management
