Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused B2B Account Manager with at least 1 year of experience in handling business clients, managing accounts, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, account updates, and performance metrics.
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high client retention rate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client accounts independently.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,385.47 - ₹55,918.02 per month
