We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and service-oriented Account Manager & Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid role combines account management, client service, and new business development. You will manage a book of business, ensure clients receive exceptional support, and proactively pursue new sales opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a company where their impact is felt and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Service

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients across multiple industries.
  • Conduct policy reviews, handle renewals, and ensure accurate and timely policy maintenance.
  • Resolve client inquiries, provide coverage guidance, and deliver an exceptional service experience.
  • Build strong relationships based on trust, expertise, and responsiveness.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through referrals, outreach, and networking.
  • Develop tailored insurance proposals and present solutions to prospective clients.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet or exceed production goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community activities (as needed).

Administrative & Operational

  • Prepare and process applications, endorsements, and quotes accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and coverage options.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records, activity logs, and follow-up schedules.
  • Stay informed about market trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, account management, or sales preferred (commercial lines experience highly valuable).
  • Active insurance license (Property & Casualty) or the ability to obtain one promptly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
  • Sales-driven attitude with a desire to grow revenue and expand client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a smaller company environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
